At some point soon, there will only be two viable options left for Texas; take unprecedented measures to actually STOP the invasion as allowed by the U.S. and Texas Constitutions or officially raise the white flag of surrender.

There are less than 48 hours from the scheduled lifting of Title 42. Recent Republican efforts to stall the removal of the Trump-era policy failed as the U.S. Court of Appeals upheld the decision to lift Title 42 orders and denied any further appeals on the matter. Earlier today, in a last-ditch effort, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and a multistate coalition petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse the lower court ruling regarding Title 42. If the Supreme Court decides to take up the coalition’s petition, Title 42 will remain in place while the case is pending.
Title 42 was implemented as a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guideline during the height of Covid-19. The policy remains the last tool in the façade of control at the U.S. Border. In addition to the recent court ruling, the congressional lame-duck chatter of asylum is the public service announcement heard worldwide proclaiming that now is the time to come to the U.S. Todd Bensman, Senior National Security Advisor for the Center for Immigration Studies, told Fox News that the termination of Title 42 will have a long-lasting devastating impact on the economy and beyond, referring to the policy removal as an ‘absolute Category 5 hurricane’ for the United States.
Meanwhile, the overwhelming number of illegal aliens pouring into Texas border towns continues to wreak havoc on Texas citizens and local and state resources. The cities of El Paso and Eagle Pass have seen massive groups of thousands of illegal aliens crossing daily. Mayor Leeser had been previously apprehensive about declaring a state of emergency despite pleas from other city officials. Real America’s Voice News Correspondent Anthony Aguero stated that El Paso anticipates over 5,000 illegal crossers daily once Title 42 is officially lifted. The Washington Examiner reported more than 80,000 illegal migrants had been released into the El Paso metroplex in the last four months.
Consequently, despite his initial reluctance, Mayor Oscar Leeser of El Paso had no choice but to declare a state of emergency.
Yesterday, Secure the Border volunteer, and El Paso resident Kathy Countiss confirmed that Gov. Abbott has, in fact, deployed the Texas National Guard to the city of El Paso. Rows of buses can be seen at the re-opened Texas Guard facility near the Customs and Border Protection Hondo Pass facility. Sources in the Texas Guard confirmed that the orders are to aid the refugees and in busing illegal aliens into the U.S. interior as quickly and quietly as possible. Texas Forces are focused on sending the buses of illegal aliens to New York and Chicago, as Secure the Border first reported in July. The city of El Paso and aiding non-governmental organizations are deploying buses to other cities throughout the country and state, including Dallas.
Unfortunately, the strong verbiage sent from the personal Twitter account of Gov. Abbott and the claim of increased efforts continues to fail to stop the bombardment of migrants illegally crossing the Texas border.
At some point soon, there will only be two viable options left for Texas; take unprecedented measures to actually STOP the invasion as allowed by the U.S. and Texas Constitutions or officially raise the white flag of surrender.
